Our Team

Radka – Practice Manager

Radka has 20 years of experience working in plastic surgery and aesthetics, and has extensive knowledge on surgical and non-surgical procedures and treatments. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Phoenix University, Arizona and has her certification as a Medical Assistant.

Radka immensely enjoys the management portion of her career and is passionate about providing the best customer service and patient care possible. She loves furthering her education through various management trainings and teaching our team to give patients the best experience at The Waltzman Institute. Her goal as a manager is to design a synergistic team of individuals with unique qualities to meet the highest standard of care for our patients.

Outside of The Waltzman Institute, she loves going out for dinner and drinks with her husband, and her two sons. She is a Belmont Shore resident and can be seen walking around town with her two French Bulldogs, Benz and Kiya. They are her pride and joy! She is an animal lover and also has a cat and two bearded dragons. She is always encouraging others to donate to local shelters or animal charities. Radka also loves audio books, visiting her family in Czech, traveling to new places, and a good yoga class with her friends.  

Sabrina – Patient Care Coordinator

Sabrina is our highly organized, professional, and outgoing Patient Care Coordinator and has been a vital part of the Waltzman team since 2018. Before she was our patient care coordinator, she was a patient of Dr. Waltzman’s herself, and experienced firsthand his incredible bedside manner, patient care, and surgical expertise. Her experience as a patient allows her to relate to new patients and provide an immense amount of support and understanding of what a surgical patient needs.

She is the first person our patients meet when they come in for a consultation. She is always friendly, welcoming, and excited to guide our patients through their surgical journey at The Waltzman Institute.

Before finding her stride in plastic surgery and aesthetics, Sabrina earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton in 2012. Although she is not in the criminal justice field, law enforcement is still very close to her heart as her life partner, Andrew is a police officer.

In her free time, Sabrina enjoys spending time with her two adorable kids and three dogs. She loves creating fun videos on social media, choreographing dances, and country music. If she’s not in her high heels at work, she’s probably learning a line dance in her cowboy boots!  

Savanna – Marketing and Brand Development

Savanna is a Long Beach native and has recently received her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from California State University Long Beach. She has a background in retail management and sales experience in the MedSpa industry. She is passionate about her growing career in aesthetics and enjoys sharing everything our practice has to offer with others.

Savanna loves getting to know all of our wonderful patients and hearing about their experience with The Waltzman Institute. She has always enjoyed working in customer service. She greets everyone with a smile and makes those around her feel welcomed, confident, and beautiful! She loves working on the Waltzman team and is excited to share her growing knowledge of the aesthetic industry with others.

Carissa BSN, RN – Aesthetic Nurse

Carissa Brown is a Registered Nurse with years of experience ranging from hospital, ambulatory care, case management and medical aesthetics.  She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science at Cal State University, Long Beach, GO BEACH!  Carissa discovered her true passion for aesthetics in 2000 when she started off as a successful makeup artist and then moved into medical aesthetics in 2006. 

Her areas of expertise include dermal injections, such as wrinkle reducers (Botox®, Jeuveau) and fillers (Juvéderm®, Restylane®, RHA), as well as laser skin revitalization and hair removal.  

Continued education is extremely important to her; she continuously looks for opportunities to stay up to date with the latest aesthetic practices through hands-on training, conferences, research studies, and patient experiences. 

Carissa believes aesthetic treatments should always be performed with patient safety as the number one priority.  She combines science and art to personalize every treatment and enhance each patient’s unique features, leaving them with refreshed and natural-looking results.  Outside of her profession, Carissa loves dancing, fitness, and planning the next road trip with her family and three dogs.

Dana – Esthetician

Dana has over 13 years of experience working in plastic surgery and the beauty industry as a manager and make-up artist. She took some time off to be a full-time mom and returned to the industry five years ago when she received her Esthetician license from Paul Mitchell.

Dana is excited to be the Esthetician for The Waltzman Institute. She has a bubbly personality, loves a personal connection, and is thrilled to get to know patients on a one-on-one basis. Dana loves taking care of patients’ beauty needs and loves making people feel confident and beautiful.

Dana loves spending her time boating, traveling, and hanging out with friends and family.

Liss – Back Office Lead

Liss is our Medical Assistant who works closely with Dr. Waltzman and Team to provide exceptional surgical and non-surgical patient care. She earned her MA Certification in 2014 and is fluent in Spanish as well.

You will find Liss to have a warm presence, driven by excellent patient care. She enjoys assisting Dr.Waltzman in consultations, in-office procedures, and surgeries.

She is passionate about continuing her education.  Her specific areas of interested include breast augmentation and reconstruction, facial aesthetics, dermal fillers, and anti-aging treatments. Her medical background with aesthetics has proven to be a great fit. She is also Coolsculpting Certified and helps manage the treatment cycles for patients to get the best result possible!

CeCe – Front Office Coordinator

CeCe Front Office Coordinator at The Waltzman Institute Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics

CeCe is our social, fun, and outgoing Front Office Coordinator. Before becoming our Front Office Coordinator, CeCe was a surgical patient of Dr. Waltzman’s and got to witness firsthand the amazing patient care WPS has to offer. She brings strong customer service skills to our team and is excited to give our patients an amazing experience in our office.

CeCe has always had a love of helping others and worked for a Non-Profit Veterinary Organization for 12 years. She soon found her passion in customer service and has had a variety of opportunities in the service industry. From working in a bakery, to owning her own catering business, and eventually starting up her own permanent make-up salon. CeCe is extensively trained and fully certified in Microblading and Permanent Makeup Artistry and has been a PMU educator for 4 years.

In her free time, CeCe enjoys quality time with her family, two kids, and 3 dogs. She loves to travel and road trip as often as she can, especially to her hometown in Chicago. She has a love for music and enjoys spinning vinyl records for her kids and teaching them new things about music. CeCe is passionate about many things and excited about building relationships with all our amazing patients.

Kim BSN, RN – Operating Room Nurse Manager

Kim is the Operating Room Nurse Manager at the Institute Surgery Center, our surgical facility here at The Waltzman Institute. She has been a Registered Nurse since 2004 after completing her bachelor’s degree and graduating Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Long Beach.

Kim has worked in a variety of patient care settings including acute care, hospital care, outpatient facilities, case management, and even has her Public Health Certification.  She believes that being healthy isn’t limited to just your physical health, it also means being in a healthy community environment and focusing on your mental health as well; taking care of everything from the inside out.

When she is not in the operating room, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She is also a proud pet mom to a dog, a cat, and even a hairless Guinea Pig! On the weekends you can probably find her outdoors, at the beach, or camping with a Dr. Pepper in one hand and her roller skates in the other.

Marcy – Lead Surgical Technician

Marcy is the Lead Surgical Tech at the Institute Surgery Center, our surgical facility here at The Waltzman Institute. She has her Associates Degree in Occupational Sciences. She has been a surgical technician since 2014 and specializes in plastic surgery, gastroenterology, robotic total joints, and ophthalmology.

She always brings her spunky personality and ability to have fun (even at work) everywhere she goes. Marcy is a big fan of the Dodgers and disco balls, but she’s an even bigger fan of pugs. She recently adopted a puppy pug of her own, Jeffery, and is also a proud mom to a hairless Guinea pig, Churro. On her days off, she’s either enjoying music, yoga, or a long walk with her dog around Belmont Shore.
