Emily is an operating room nurse and aesthetic nurse here at the Waltzman Institute. She is a Registered Nurse with a background working in a variety of areas, including women’s health, labor and delivery, emergency medicine, and medical aesthetics. She graduated in 2016 from Chapman University with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutritional Science. She continued her education to get her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Roseman University of Health Sciences in Salt Lake City, Utah where she graduated with Honors and the Dean’s award for the Spirit of Nursing.
Emily’s entry into the medical aesthetics field began even before nursing school where she assisted in clinic operations, management, and attended Coolsculpting University at the Allergan teaching facility. Her passion for making patients feel comfortable and confident in their own skin drives her to continue to expand her education and practice. Emily is eager to consistently learn the new and upcoming treatments and attends hands on training and conferences to stay up to date with the best to provide to our patients. Her areas of expertise include neurotoxin, filler, laser treatments, and skin care. She strives to enhance our patients’ natural beauty with patient safety and satisfaction at the forefront.
Outside of The Waltzman Institute, Emily enjoys cooking, fitness, and spending time with her husband, family, and husky, Perry. In the fall, you can find her every Saturday with her dad and brother cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs (go dawgs!). You can always find her dancing to anything from country music to disco. She always has a big smile on her face and looks forward to building relationships with every patient to walk through our door!
