I had a surgical procedure; it took me approximately 2 years to come to the decision to have the surgery. What I appreciated most, was how patient, understanding, and truly caring Dr Waltzman was throughout my decision making process and through my surgery.He truly listened to me and what I wanted. He provided his input and together we came to a decision that I was comfortable with. He provided thorough explanations and answered all of my questions. Dr Waltzman acknowledged my concerns and I never walked out of any appointment feeling dissatisfied with our conversation.
He and his team are absolutely amazing. Everyone is professional, friendly, caring , and I have to also say funny. Yes, having a good sense of humor is also important to me as it helps me feel more at ease.
