Meet CeCe – our vibrant, passionate, outgoing Cosmetic Tattoo Artist and Wellness Care Coordinator.CeCe’s warmth and attention is felt by every patient she meets. Whether she’s helping with weight loss goals or creating stunning permanent makeup looks, CeCe is all about making people feel confident and cared for.

Her heart for helping others runs deep. CeCe spent 12 years working with a Non-Profit Veterinary Organization before diving into the world of culinary arts. She trained in patisserie, became a fine dining Pastry Chef and even launched her own catering company. But her creative path didn’t stop there.

One day, CeCe was introduced to the world of permanent makeup and her heart was set on learning everything about it. Once she picked up the tools, she hit the ground running and never looked back. With over 7 years of experience and extensive training from the leaders of the industry, she’s earned the title of Master Tattooer and has even stepped into the role of educator, helping others find their own artistic spark. She ran her own permanent makeup studios in both Orange County, CA and her hometown, Chicago.

After experiencing the top-tier care at The Waltzman Institute as a patient, she joined the team to bring that same personal, compassionate touch to others—but with her own creative twist. Her style blends precision with artistry and she’s all about tailoring each tattoo to bring out her clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Whether you’re new to permanent makeup or looking for a touch-up from a true pro, you can count on CeCe.

Outside of work, CeCe soaks up time with her two children, two dogs, her family and besties. She’s catches flights and hits the road as often as she can, loves spinning vinyl records for her loved ones (music history lessons included) and is always planning her next visit back to Chicago.
