Taylor is our Patient Care Coordinator, and the go-to person for our patients from the very beginning of their experience at The Waltzman Institute. She is inspired by making meaningful connections with patients and has about 10 years of experience in the sales industry, as well as her Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Professional Sales from Cal Poly Pomona. She strives to make all of our patients feel their best, and is a supportive companion throughout their surgical journey. She is here to make the surgical process as seamless as possible and be a resource to patients for any of their decision making.
Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys exploring the outdoors and going on adventures with her puppy, Bear! She is a born and raised Southern California girl, but still enjoys living like a tourist, exploring new places and restaurants with her friends and family. Our patients instantly notice her passion for meeting new people and helping others.
Taylor works closely with Dr. Waltzman– conducting his consultations, managing his surgical schedule, and learning his expert techniques to deliver the best results to our patients. Her favorite thing about working at The Waltzman Institute is being a part of every patients transformation from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable and provides exceptional customer service to ensure all of our patients are well prepared for their consultation and surgical procedure.
